Order Processing and Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 11:00 p.m. ET on a business day are generally processed and handed to the carrier on the following business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on federal holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
Examples
- An order placed Monday at 9:00 p.m. ET is generally dispatched Tuesday and may arrive Wednesday through Friday.
- An order placed Friday at 11:30 p.m. ET is generally processed Monday and may arrive Tuesday through Thursday.
- An order placed Saturday is generally processed Monday and may arrive Tuesday through Thursday.
These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Severe weather, carrier delays, high order volume, incorrect addresses, and other events outside Doctor Paintz’s control may affect delivery.
Large, Bulk, and Freight Orders
Large or bulk orders may be shipped by freight carrier. Freight delivery may require additional coordination and may take approximately two to five business days depending on the destination and carrier schedule. If special delivery arrangements are required, Doctor Paintz may contact you using the information provided with your order.
Inspect the package or pallet for visible damage, shortages, or other discrepancies before signing the delivery receipt. Record any visible issue on the carrier’s delivery receipt and contact Doctor Paintz within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. Failure to document damage at delivery may affect the ability to pursue a carrier claim.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, Doctor Paintz will send shipment information to the email address associated with your order. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package. If you have not received tracking information or your shipment appears delayed, please contact us so we can review the order status.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible unopened and unused items may be returned within 90 days of delivery. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise approved by Doctor Paintz. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the applicable instructions.
